-Initial consultation 60 minutes zoom call
-After a week - 60 min zoom call is scheduled in to feedback your unique plan to you with a personalised nutrition and lifestyle protocol to follow, including meal plan, recipes, suggestions of herbs and homeopathy.
-Medical grade supplements, herbs, personalised tinctures, homeopathy and functional testing recommendations will be included in the plan (if needed, they will be an additional cost)
